Fairy Hair is a special Thai silk high grade polyester fiber that is heat and chemical resistant. You can treat the Fairy Hair just like you would your natural hair. It is perfectly safe to cut, color, wash, blow-dry, straighten or curl. Each Fairy Hair is tied to an individual strand of your own hair with a very small, almost unnoticeable knot.

Each knot will leave two strands of shimmering color mixed into your hair. Fairy Hair can be applied to any age, hair type, style, or length including hair as short as 3 inches.

Each knot of Fairy Hair will stay until the individual hair it is tied to sheds. Typically, an adult Fairy Hair application will last for 3-4 weeks, some strands may last months longer.

Children generally lose it a little faster as they shed more than adults. It is normal for most people to lose a few strands in the first several days through normal shedding, the rest will slowly fall out over time.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time with clean, dry, and product free hair.

IMPORTANT:
Hair products such as dry shampoo, oil products, hairspray etc. will interfere with the application process and affect how long the fairy hair will last in your hair as the knot will not be firmly tied to the hair due to the hair products.

Also, vigorously brushing your hair before your appointment can help remove any weak hairs and will extend the life of your Sparkles!

Fairy Hair can last anywhere from a few days to several weeks, depending on how well you care for your hair. The strands will naturally shed when the individual hairs they are tied to fall out.

Yes! You can wash, blow-dry, curl, and style your hair just like normal. The silk strands are durable and won’t be damaged by heat or styling tools.
